BIG SKY SPECIALIZED CARRIERS, INC. collect your phone numbers only when you voluntarily provide them to us, for example, during inquiries & transactions. You may provide consent to receiving SMS messages verbally, via email, by texting “START”, or by checking the SMS Consent box on our website quote form at https://www.bigskyspecialized.com/requestquote/. - Use of Phone Numbers for SMS
BIG SKY SPECIALIZED CARRIERS, INC. uses phone numbers primarily for communication with customers and contracted carriers for the purpose of transmitting load information or updates. We do not use SMS messages for promotional purposes or to conduct marketing campaign. You may opt out of SMS at any time by replying “STOP”. Message frequency: 1-2/week. Reply STOP to unsubscribe. Sample Use Cases:
– When an existing or potential customer sends a text to us requesting a rate quote, we may reply with a quote and/or a request for additional information.
– When a contracted motor carrier has consented to receiving text messages, we may send them load information necessary to the completion of their contracted load and request load status updates.
– A motor carrier may send an SMS message to us inquiring about available loads and we will reply with the requested information.

If at any time you wish to stop receiving SMS messages from BIG SKY SPECIALIZED CARRIERS, INC., you may reply “STOP”. Message & data rates may apply.
